In my time as a Chief of Staff, consultant, and in-house strategist, I’ve worked closely with many impressive leaders and Chiefs of Staff.

The common thread is a drive to be even more effective and create even more value. I want to help you do that (without burning out).

My consulting training taught me to quickly learn new sectors, manage change, be data-driven and have a bias towards impact.

In my corporate roles, I learned how strategy meets real-world realities, and how to bridge the gap.

As a Chief of Staff, I saw firsthand the pressure CEOs and leadership teams face - the responsibility, the need to stay ahead, and the weight of big decisions. (I also felt the challenges of mastering the COS role .)
